- I will make an appointment with you to meet with me at my practice in Harrogate and help you decide if counselling or psychotherapy will be helpful to you.
- As quickly as possible we will begin ongoing work which may take place over a shorter or longer period of time.
- My professional fees are as follows
- individual therapy (one-to-one): £50 for 50 minutes
- couples therapy: £70 for 75 minutes
- group therapy: £25 for 2 hours
